Stress at work can can lead to disruptions in emotional and behavioural functioning. Being unaware of these stressors can interfere with your work settings, leading to a delay in concentration and motivation. We specialize in stress release, anger management, work-life balance and build sustainable thinking patterns. If you find yourself experiencing a deep sense of stress and lack motivation, we help you understand and reflect on these difficulties through the medium of Dance Therapy, Visual Art Therapy and Verbal Counseling.

Our Offerings
Individual Counseling
Through one-on-one counseling sessions, we collaborate on creating a treatment plan together. It is important to note that early intervention is better, though supportive therapy can be provided.
Group Counseling
These sessions touch upon understanding a group’s needs and relieve physical and mental tension. We conduct group sessions for men and women, having similar intentions and working together towards common goals. We do not believe in gender bias and aim to make therapy accessible to everyone.

We offer our services Online/Remote via Zoom in view of the current pandemic and to reach the masses. We will resume In-Person Therapy when we find it safe for our clients to engage in it.
