Can a therapist help me with lack of motivation or procrastination?

Yes, indeed. Lack of motivation and procrastination can be symptoms of an underlying discomfort related to your work or your personal life. 


Does seeking professional help before marriage mean that our marriage will fail?

No. Seeking professional help before marriage will help you set realistic expectations, build healthy communication patterns, deal with past baggages if any and help understand each other’s love languages. 


I have a special child and want to help him/her cope with the challenges. How can you help?

Differently abled children are gifted with different talents and we can help them find these talents, cope with challenges and feel safe to express freely. We work with differently abled children and adolescents in the capacity of autism spectrum, delayed development and cerebral palsy through the medium of creative arts to help bring body awareness, self awareness and resilience.


In order to consult a creative arts therapist, do we need to be an artist or dancer?

No. No prior training required in any forms of art. It is a free space for all, to express through the preferred choice of art in order to reach your goals.


I don’t know how many sessions I need so how can I choose my packages?

You can opt for a 3 session package and decide to take on any further sessions. You can upgrade to a session package at any given time during therapy.


I only want someone to listen. Do I have to engage in creative arts?

Engaging in creative arts is not an imperative. It is a tool that can help you through your journey. We also offer Verbal Counseling, which involves active verbal communication.
