Terms & Policies

 

RESERVATION POLICIES:

A 15 min free consultation is provided to the client. Therapy packages can be reserved online as well as directly with the therapist. Once the reservation is made, a set time and date will be fixed collaboratively between the client and the therapist.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A 24- hour cancellation policy is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of the sessions. Last minute cancellations will be charged fully. If in case of emergency, one cancellation in 5 sessions will be allowed.The cancelled sessions will be rescheduled to a time suitable for both parties. 

TIME:

Each session time will be 60minutes, on a fixed day and time. All sessions will be on Zoom. Sessions will be preferably once a week, (depending on the severity) and can also have 2 hourly sessions if need be. This will depend on the readiness of both parties and the therapeutic value determined by the therapist. 

CONFIDENTIALITY:

Confidentiality principles will be maintained. In case of any life threatening situations, some information can be shared to the significant others of the clients. These situations include- Suicidal threats, unable to provide self care and any act of crime. In case the client is below 18 years old, the caregiver will be informed.

PAYMENT OF FEES:

The fees need to be paid online to which the details will be provided. Fees need to be paid in advance. 

TERMINATION:

Termination of the sessions is a part of the process. The clients will be invited to terminate the sessions depending on where the client is in their process. There will be an option of a break if the therapist feels the need to do so owing to the process.
